Lead Yourself Through Life

A six-week live programme for building your capacity to lead yourself through fear, decisions, mistakes, criticism, people-pleasing, uncertainty and the things you actually want from your life.

Starts Thursday 24th January 2026

Knowing your patterns isn’t what allows you to change them…

You know you overthink way more than is normal. You can’t help people-please and avoid rocking the boat. You’re aware of your inner critic. You may even understand exactly where those patterns came from.

But then you’re in the moment…

Someone asks you for something you don’t want to do, and you say yes (whilst also wondering why the fuck did I just say yes?!?).

Someone criticises you, and you immediately get defensive or shut down.

Someone suggest you go for that thing you really want, and suddenly your brain rattles off a dozen reasons not to do it.

Knowing your patterns is one thing. Being able to lead yourself when those patterns kick in is another. Because when you can do that, new choices become available.

You catch yourself before you snap at your kids. You don’t crumble at the first eyebrow raise from your new boss. You don’t back down and let your husband off the hook.

Leading your self is about becoming a better leader in your own life.

Someone who has more agency to respond in the moment rather than react. Someone who doesn’t abandon what’s important for them even when things get uncomfortable. Someone who is kinder to themselves even when things aren’t going as you hoped.

Come join us and learn to Lead Your Self Through Life With Love & Courage.

So what does self-leadership actually mean?

It’s not about becoming someone who never gets scared, overthinks or gets things wrong.

It’s not about controlling your emotions or always making the “right” choice.

It’s about becoming better at what happens next.

Noticing what’s happening.

Staying with yourself when it gets uncomfortable.

And having enough choice to decide how you want to respond.

Sometimes that will mean being brave.

Sometimes it will mean being kind.

Sometimes it will mean saying no.

Sometimes it will mean apologising.

Sometimes it will mean resting.

Sometimes it will mean doing the thing you’re scared of anyway.

The goal isn’t to control yourself better.

It’s to have more choice in how you live your life.

And this is where it gets real

Because knowing what to do when you’re calm is one thing.

Doing it when your boss raises an eyebrow is another.

So we won’t just talk about self-leadership.

You’ll practise it with your actual life.

The conversation you’re avoiding.

The decision you keep putting off.

The boundary you know you need to set.

The mistake you can’t stop beating yourself up about.

The opportunity you really want but keep finding reasons not to go for.

You bring the real thing.

And we work with what happens.

Because self-leadership isn’t something you understand.

It’s a capacity you build.

What Could Change…

In life

  • You might catch yourself before the automatic yes comes out.

  • You might have the difficult conversation instead of rehearsing it in your head for another month.

  • You might hear criticism without immediately collapsing or preparing your defence.

  • You might make a decision without asking six other people what they think.

  • You might make a decision without asking six other people what they think.

At work

  • You might let someone be disappointed in you.

  • You might make a mistake, repair what needs repairing and get on with your day.

  • You might stop treating rest like something you have to earn.

  • You might finally do the thing you keep telling yourself you’ll do when you feel ready.

  • You might become someone who can feel afraid without automatically letting fear decide.

Some changes might seem small, but imagine the impact across a lifetime. A transformed relationship with your kids. Ending a marriage you knew to leave years a go. Applying for that dream job. A daily experience of life where you support and encourage yourself.

These moments often seem small at the time, but they are the moment a fulfilled life are made from.

Programme Overview

Week 1 — What kind of leader are you being to yourself?
Understand how you currently respond to yourself when things get difficult, uncertain or important.

Week 2 — See yourself
Learn to notice your thoughts, feelings and patterns while they’re happening, rather than only afterwards.

Week 3 — Stay with yourself
Practise staying present when your instinct is to avoid, fix, suppress or attack yourself.

Week 4 — Lead yourself
Turn awareness into choice. Boundaries. Conversations. Decisions. Rest. Risk. Action.

Week 5 — Real life
Bring the situations you’re actually dealing with. Less theory. More coaching, practice and application.

Week 6 — Keep going
Bring it all together and work out how you continue building this capacity beyond the programme.

How it works

Six Thursday evenings
24 September – 29 October
7–9pm UK time
Live online

A small founding group of 6–8 people, maximum 10.

Each week we'll explore an aspect of self-leadership, work with what’s actually happening in your life, and give you opportunities to practise.

This isn’t six weeks of learning more things about yourself.

It’s six weeks of getting better at what you do with what you already know.

£295 for the founding cohort

  • I've noticed how I was able to navigate triggering situations outside our sessions with more and more ease. Kirsty offers valuable insights into how the human psyche works. She is truly present and willing to see you in your full human experience.

    - Nida

  • It's just been a few weeks now and I've felt such a difference in the way I experience everything. It's as if I'm on the other side of a wall which I won't climb back over. This has already changed my outlook on life. All that is required, is to be committed to You.

    - Jane

  • Kirsty, in a very supportive and loving manner, taught me how to acknowledge the buried pain and – most importantly – taught me real, concrete tools to hold those parts of me. It is not an overnight process, but after working with Kirsty I have a renewed belief in myself and a refreshed perspective on life.

    - Anne

  • This has shifted my life in so many ways, I am able to speak more openly with my colleagues and to put forward my thoughts and feelings (in the past I couldn't do it because of fear).

    - Jenn

  • The sessions have really helped me to take a step back before reacting and to understand why I react in certain ways. I'm enjoying working through issues that arise to reflect and modify my behaviours, enabling me to act in a more mature way.

    - Abi

  • The process helped me to give my self permission to make mistakes, feel my own emotions and ultimately be true to me. I feel more equipped to live in the now and look to the future, no longer being held down by the pain of the past.

    - Peta

  • Kirsty’s sessions brought me home to what matters in life and allowed me to re assess my perspective of life and how I choose to be and show up. That everything I desire lies within me and I can always re connect to my body and inner peace at any moment, even in trigger moments or through tough life experiences.

About Kirsty

For a long time, I thought the answer to the life I wanted was courage. So I pushed myself, did the hard things and kept going.

And it worked, until it didn’t. Eventually, I burnt myself out.

So I swung the other way. I learned to slow down, be kinder to myself and accept where I was.

That worked too. Until I realised I was comfortable, but I still wasn’t living the life I wanted.

I realised I didn’t need more courage or more love for myself.

I needed both. Enough love to stay on my own side. Enough courage to keep moving towards the life I actually want.

That’s what Leading with Love & Courage is about.

You don't need to become a different person…

You need to become better at leading the person you already are.

When you're scared. When you're uncertain.

When someone is disappointed in you.

When you've made a mistake. When something really matters.

That's where your life is happening.

And that's where we'll practise.

With love & courage,

Kirsty
