Testimonials From 1:1 Clients
Different people have come to me with very different things going on in their lives.
A decision they couldn't make. A pattern they kept repeating. Anxiety. Relationships. Confidence. Something that happened years ago and was still affecting them now.
The work has looked different with each person too.
Here are some of their words about what it was like.
Some of these testimonials come from earlier versions of my coaching work, before With Love & Courage existed in its current form. The work has evolved since then, but I’ve included them because they speak to people’s experience of working with me.

After years of struggling with a decision, I went to Kirsty for coaching. I made more progress and gained more clarity with her than anyone else.
The growth I had was tremendous and will impact the direction of my life for years to come, or longer.

Kirsty’s approach is vastly different than other coaching programs in which I’ve been involved.
Straight out of the gate, I felt very safe in Kirsty’s space. She is calm, confident, professional, kind and has a sense of humour (that’s a must for me!).
I’m usually a guarded person and showing the deepest parts of myself can feel very scary. With Kirsty, I was able to find comfort within my vulnerability and show parts of myself that have been buried for years, maybe decades.
It is not an overnight process, but after working with Kirsty I have a renewed belief in myself and a refreshed perspective on life.
I can’t recommend working with Kirsty enough! She brought so many new insights and perspectives into my life.

I sought coaching as I was struggling in relationships with specific family members, not feeling seen or heard, struggling with past relationships and letting go of resentment.
Kirsty creates such a safe space that allows you to be so raw and truly honest about how you’re feeling. She has a real gift of uncovering blind spots, which enabled me to get to the root of so many of my patterns and stories and see profound changes in my life.

I came to Kirsty because I was struggling with obsessive behaviours, over-reacting over minor things being out of place and out of character behaviours when drunk.
The sessions have really helped me to take a step back before reacting and to understand why I react in certain ways. I'm enjoying working through issues that arise to reflect and modify my behaviours, enabling me to act in a more emotionally mature way.
Kirsty has been supportive, professional and most importantly she has been relatable. She put me at ease throughout and not only showed me understanding, but empathy by sharing her personal experience. Her support has really helped me to feel comfortable opening up and facing my demons.

Before working with Kirsty I was struggling with the fear of making mistakes and being punished for my imperfections.
Through this process I have come to terms with the pain and punishment of my childhood and feel less overwhelmed by negative memories.
The process helped me to give myself permission to make mistakes, feel my own emotions and ultimately be my own authentic self.
I feel more equipped to live in the now and look to the future, no longer being held down by the pain of the past.

This has shifted my life in so many ways, I am able to speak more openly with my colleagues and to put forward my thoughts and feelings (in the past I couldn't do it because of fear).
I loved every session, and I am very grateful for Kirsty.
