SOMETIMES YOU NEED A DIFFERENT CONVERSATION

You know your life better than anyone.
And sometimes that makes it hard to see what’s actually going on.

There are times you don’t want to explore something in a group.

You want the focus on you, your situation, and what you’re trying to navigate.

That might be something “big”…

A career change. A relationship. A decision you’ve been circling for months. Something ending. Something beginning.

Or it might be very specific…

A conversation you need to have this week. A presentation you’re dreading. An application you can’t quite make yourself send. A boundary you know you need to hold. Meeting someone important and suddenly behaving as though your entire future depends on whether they like you.

Different things need different kinds of support.

That’s why I don’t have set packages or programmes. We will design something that suits you on a Connection Call.

DEEP FOCUSED TIME
The focus is on you and what you're navigating.

TRUTHFUL CONVERSATION
A space to say the real things and be heard and seen.

NEW PERSPECTIVE
See what is difficult to see from inside it.

CHOICE
Decide what you want to do from there.

We start with a Connection Call

A Connection Call is a free 20–30 minute conversation about what you're navigating and whether working together might be useful.

It isn't a coaching session.

We're not going to try to solve your life in 20 minutes.

It's a chance for you to tell me what's going on, for me to ask a few questions, and for us both to get a sense of whether I'm the right person to help.

If I am, we'll talk about what kind of support might actually fit.

If I’m not, I’ll try to recommend other support that might suit you better.

What People Say

The quotes below are small snippets from what previous clients have shared about their experiences.

If you’ like to read the full versions and see more testimonials - go here.

“After years of struggling with a career change decision, I went to Kirsty. I made more progress and gained more clarity with her than anyone else. This will impact the direction of my life for years to come.”

— Chad

“Kirsty creates such a safe space that allows you to be so raw and truly honest about how you’re feeling. She has a real gift of uncovering blind spots and seeings, which enabled me to get to the root of so many of my patterns and stories and I’ve since seen profound changes in my life.”

— Aimée

“I've been able to navigate triggering situations outside our sessions with more and more ease. Kirsty offers valuable insights into how the human psyche works. She is truly present and willing to see you in your full human experience.”

— Nida

What it’s like to work with me

I’m interested in the human being in front of me.

Not just the problem you’ve brought, the decision you’re trying to make or the behaviour you want to change.

I’m paying attention to how you’re relating to yourself while all of that is happening.

Where are you pushing yourself?

Where are you protecting yourself?

What are you making something mean?

What are you avoiding because it feels uncomfortable?

What do you already know but keep talking yourself out of?

Where have you stopped trusting yourself?

I pull on a mixture of psychology, ontological coaching, leadership, learning, behaviour, the body, and a lot of years spent watching humans try very hard to make sense of themselves.

People often say talking with me feels like talking with a friend - but the kind of friend who won’t let you BS yourself.

I’ll probably ask you questions other people haven’t asked.

I might notice something you’ve said in passing and bring us back to it.

I might challenge the story you’ve been telling yourself.

I might ask you to slow down and notice what is actually happening in your thoughts and in your body rather than what you think should be happening.

And sometimes I’ll just sit with you while something difficult is true for a minute.

ABOUT ME

I’m Kirsty.

I ask questions that help people get honest with themselves.

I'm interested in the things we assume are true about ourselves, the patterns we keep repeating and the possibilities that become available when we're willing to question them.

I don't believe you're a problem to be fixed and I'm not interested in telling you who to be. I'm interested in helping you see what's happening clearly enough that you can decide for yourself what’s next.

If you’d like to read more about me and my approach - go here.

You do not need to arrive with a beautifully articulated coaching goal.

You can absolutely arrive saying:

“I know something needs to change and I don't really know what yet.”

But I'm not offering an open-ended weekly appointment where we sit down, ask what happened this week and see what comes up.

That's a perfectly legitimate kind of support. It just isn't mine.

I like us to know why we're here.

There is something you want to do, decide, face, change, move through or become more able to meet.

We might look at the patterns underneath what's happening. We might notice old ways of protecting yourself, assumptions you're making or places where your system is pulling you towards safety.

But we're not digging into your past simply for the sake of explaining your present.

I'm interested in what helps you come back into relationship with yourself, meet what is actually here and regain some choice about what happens next.

What might we work on?

Confidence. Relationships. Boundaries. Overthinking. Avoidance. Starting something. Ending something. Being seen. Having the conversation. Doing the thing. Working out what you actually want. Staying with yourself when life doesn't feel particularly comfortable.

The surface issue often isn’t the level we’re really working at.

The topic might be confidence, a relationship, a career decision, procrastination, boundaries, grief, being seen, or a difficult conversation. Those are the contexts.

What I’m paying attention to is the human process underneath: what you’re perceiving, what your system thinks is happening, what it’s trying to protect you from, what pattern gets activated, and how that shapes the choices that feel available.

Some ways we might work together

I design the work around the person rather than fitting everybody into the same programme.

But I also don't want you to have to get on a call with me before finding out whether we're talking about £100 or £10,000.

So, to give you an idea:

1 x 90-minute session — £125

For something specific that would benefit from one proper, focused conversation.

3 x 90-minute sessions — £350

For something that needs more room to work with, experiment with and come back to.

1 month together — £595

4 x 60-minute conversations, plus text and voice-note support between sessions.

Useful when you're actively navigating something and want support while real life is happening — rather than only talking about it afterwards.

Text + voice-note support — £300/month

For people who don't necessarily need regular calls but want somewhere to bring things as they happen, get another perspective, notice what they can't currently see and come back to choice.

In-person options

I also work with people in person, including intensive days and occasional 1:1 retreats. Those are designed individually depending on what we're doing together and where.

If there's something you've been trying to figure out, we can look at it together.
