1:1 work is the most direct way into this work - it’s time and attention focused entirely on you, your patterns and what it would take to move differently in your own life.

What that looks like in practice varies depending on the person. Some people want a single focused session. Some want to meet regularly for a month. Some want an immersive weekend working in person. There's no one-size arrangement because there's no one-size situation.

What stays consistent is the approach. We go where your situation needs us to go - looking honestly at what's running, what's underneath it and what it would take for you to respond differently in the moments that matter.

WHAT IT MIGHT LOOK LIKE

These are examples of how 1:1 work can be shaped.
This is not a menu to choose from but a sense of the range of what's possible.

A single 90-minute session

One focused conversation on a specific situation, pattern or decision. For people who want individual attention on something particular and are ready to move on it.

Weekly sessions for a month

Four sessions across a month, meeting weekly. Enough continuity to go deeper than a single conversation and to begin practising something differently in between.

Fortnightly sessions for a month

Two sessions with more space between them. Useful if you want time to sit with what comes up and bring what's changed back into the next session.

In person day or weekend

An immersive day or weekend working together in person. For people who want to go deep in a short time, away from the noise of daily life, with full focus on what's present.

Work is usually designed one month at a time. At the end of each month you can assess how it's going and decide whether to continue, change format or stop.

No two sessions follow the same path - they go where your situation needs them to go. But there are some things we might draw on, depending on what's present and what feels right for you.

The most important thing to know is that nothing is prescribed. Anything I suggest is an invitation, not a direction.

The session is about turning your attention inward toward your experience, not about becoming dependent on me to tell you what you're experiencing.

We will only do what you choose to do.

Honest conversation

Looking clearly at your situation - what’s actually happening, what pattern is running, and what it would take to respond differently. This part can be confronting.

Body-based awareness

If it feels right, I may invite you to close your eyes and be guided inward to notice where your situation lives in your body, not just your thoughts. The survival self isn't only in the mind. This work spans language, emotions and the body.

Practices for processing emotional energy

Sometimes what we're carrying needs to move before it can be understood. I may offer body-based practices to help with that - breath, movement, attention. Again, always at your discretion.

Clarity on the next real step

This work is about learning to lead your self in the direction you want so you will leave the session with practical tools and next steps that you will need to apply in your life if you want things to change.
